NUMA Housing is a community interest company with a mission to create ​safe spaces for the most vulnerable in society across the North West.

The name NUMA has several meanings in ancient languages, including ​Peaceful, Pleasant & Beautiful, all of which are important foundations when ​providing housing to our tenants.

What We Do

Our goal is to work with local authorities who have supported ​living needs, by offering high quality care, support and ​supervision to individuals.

Our commitment to offering sustainable, environmentally ​friendly accommodation is what sets us apart. Working clos​ely with property developers and specialist contractors, we ​ensure green living solutions feature throughout each h​ome we provide. Our properties comprise of innovative tec​hnology, from solar panels, to infrared wallpaper, all with ​the aim of reducing carbon footprint, and ultimately, cost for th​e local authori​ties we work with.
